We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors, dimensions, and images may vary slightly depending on your device or monitor.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and any other payment methods offered at checkout.
4. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or other legitimate business reasons.
5. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, the order may need to be canceled and reordered once any applicable refund has been processed.
6. Shipping Insurance
Optional shipping insurance may be offered during checkout.
If shipping insurance is purchased, eligible claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages will be handled according to the insurance provider's terms.
If shipping insurance is not purchased, VYRO is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
If your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price and reimburse the standard return shipping cost.
Original shipping charges paid during checkout are non-refundable unless required by law.
8. Pre-Orders
From time to time, VYRO may offer products for pre-order.
Estimated shipping dates are subject to change.
If delays occur, customers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
9. Warranty
VYRO provides a limited one (1) year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper care.
Our responsibility under this warranty is limited to repairing, replacing, or refunding the product at our discretion.
10. Product Use
Customers are responsible for installing and using all VYRO products safely and according to any provided instructions.
Do not use any product in a manner that interferes with safe vehicle operation.
VYRO is not responsible for accidents, injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from improper installation, misuse, or unsafe use of our products.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VYRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to product designs, logos, branding, images, videos, graphics, product descriptions, text, and website content, is the property of VYRO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
13. Subscriptions
VYRO may offer optional product subscription services in the future.
Any subscription program will include its own pricing, billing schedule, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions at the time of enrollment.
